In order to make the clearest line alignment at quite long work distance, it is not helpful at all to only rely on manual line printing or line drawing works. However, after constant technical innovation of 532nm green DPSS laser tech and qualified glass coated lens with wide fan angles, it is just developing into a quite practically used device of 100mW green line laser module. It is generating the most visible green laser light from 532nm green DPSS laser system. After good equipment with metal heat sink cooling system inside durable metal housing tube, this laser line generator achieves perfect thermal emitting and highly stable green line alignment in continuous use.
This 100mW green line laser module is applying qualified glass coated lens with wide fan angles. It should have to work with highly fine green line projection onto different working surfaces. It enables freely selected fan angles of 10 degree to 110 degree. After projection of various line lengths of 0.5 meter to 6 meters, and proper use of an external AC/DC adapter, this laser line generator achieves the finest green line positioning results for all precise device manufacturing works.
